Meet Teresa Allen, she is the CEO Assistant/ Hiring Assistant with a passion for recovery and the people she can help get recovery. With 3 years and 9 months of experience at New Choices, Teresa developed a strong set of skills and a proven track record of success. Teresa started as a Recovery Coordinator at New Choices in July of 2020; she then went on to become a Recovery Coordinator Lead after being employed with New Choices for a year. Two years into employment at New Choices Teresa was given the opportunity to become Recovery Coordinator supervisor. Teresa held the Recovery Coordinator supervisor role for a year then was presented with an opportunity to become CEO Assistant. Teresa is now thriving in her role as CEO Assistant and learned how to hire employees coming into New Choices. At New Choices Teresa holds many roles as well, she is CEO Assistant/ Hiring Assistant/ Safety Officer and Director of Operations. Teresa absolutely loves her career path that she has taken in her life, and she loves to see the light come back into the client’s eyes after completing treatment here at New Choices.
